- Login to your Client Area
- In the yellow Your Active Products/Services box in the center of the page, click on the Name of the subscription that you want to cancel (ie. Wordpress Startup, not your domain name)
- Click the Log in to Plesk link in the left Actions menu.
- In the Package/Domain box, click the green Manage Domains button.
- In the new Plesk window, click the grey Account link in the left grey menu
- Click the Backup Website button
- Click the blue Back Up button for an immediate backup or
- Click the Schedule button to set up an auto backup schedule.
- You also have an option to set up remote backups
