How do I backup my account data?

  1. Login to your Client Area
  2. In the yellow Your Active Products/Services box in the center of the page, click on the Name of the subscription that you want to cancel (ie. Wordpress Startup, not your domain name)
  3. Click the Log in to Plesk link in the left Actions menu.
  4. In the Package/Domain box, click the green Manage Domains button.
  5. In the new Plesk window, click the grey Account link in the left grey menu
  6. Click the Backup Website button
  7. Click the blue Back Up button for an immediate backup or
  8. Click the Schedule button to set up an auto backup schedule.
  9. You also have an option to set up remote backups
