How do I access my Stats page?

Your web statistic page can be accessed by going to your website then in the address bar add the following to the end of your website address.

/webstat/
(the address in the bar should look like http://www.yourwebsite.com/webstat)

*NOTE: This page may be password protected. You will need to use your FTP credentials to access this page. See How do I edit my FTP login info? under the Control Panel FAQs section. To add/remove password protection see How do I activate/secure my Stats page? and check/uncheck the box.

Alternatively, you can

  1. Login to your Client Area
  2. In the yellow Your Active Products/Services box in the center of the page, click on the Name of the subscription that you want to cancel (ie. Wordpress Startup, not your domain name)
  3. Click the Log in to Plesk link in the left Actions menu.
  4. In the new Plesk window, click the Statistics link in the left grey menu.
  5. This page shows you ALL of your account/domain stats.
  6. For Website specific stats, click the Web Statistics SSL/TLS link under the Traffic box
  7. You may need your FTP credentials to access this page. (see Notes on this page)
