How do I delete the credit card on file?

  1. Log in to your Client Area
  2. Click on the Billing link in the top menu
  3. Select Payment Methods from the drop-down menu
  4. Click on the name of the credit card you want to delete.
  5. Click the Delete button.

NOTE: You must have a credit card on file if you have an active subscription. You will need to add a new card before you can delete an old/current card. Once you do that, you need to set the new card as your default payment method before you will get the Delete button next to the old card.
