- Log in to your Client Area
- Click on the DOMAINS button or the top Menu item then click MY DOMAINS.
- Select the domain name you wish to cancel by checking the box to the left of it.
- In the above menu boxes, click MORE
- Select AUTO RENEWAL STATUS
- Click the red DISABLE AUTO RENEW button
NOTE: Once a domain name is registered, it is good for a minimum of a year unless you registered multiple years. Domain names cannot be refunded or returned.
